A motion offered by Councilmember Sandoval, duly seconded by Councilmember Torres, that Council Resolution 21-0029 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Kashmann, Kniech, Sandoval, Sawyer, Torres, Flynn, Gilmore Nay: 0 21-0059 Amends Article XI, Chapter 53 of the Denver Revised Municipal to expand and simplify eligibility requirements for the property tax relief program for qualified Denver property owners or tenants. A motion offered by Councilmember Kniech, duly seconded by Councilmember Gilmore, that Council Bill 21-0059 be approved for filing.
