21-0130 Amends an agreement with Denver Health and Hospital Authority by
adding $175,002 for a new total of $1,574,986 and six months for a new
end date of 6-30-21 for access and availability of evidence-based
treatment services to Denver's homeless population, recently released
from detox, citywide (201631694-04; HOST 202057283-04).
