21-0192 Amends a contract with Colorado Health Network, doing business as
Denver Colorado AIDS Project and Howard Dental Center, by adding
$81,032 for a new total of $6,599,533 for food bank and home delivered
meals, medical case management and housing services to individuals
living with HIV/AIDS in the Denver Transitional Grant Area. No change to
