Attendance Consent Items 21-0215 Amends a contract with Northeast Denver Housing Center Inc. by adding $750,000 for a new total of $3,950,000 and one year and one day for a new end date of 12-31-21 to operate the Coronavirus Emergency Rental and Utility Assistance Program (HOST-202054983-02). Council Resolution 21-0215 was approved by consent 21-0221 Amends Chapter 24 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code by adding language to the retail tobacco license provisions allowing retailers to apply and not be subject to proximity restrictions as long as they were in operation prior to January 1, 2021 within the City and County of Denver.
