A motion offered by Councilmember Sawyer, duly seconded by Councilmember Sandoval, that Council Bill 21-0770 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Kashmann, Sandoval, Sawyer, Torres, Gilmore Nay: 0 Absent: 2- Kniech, Flynn Consent Items 21-0760 Approves a grant agreement with the Colorado Department of Public Safety, Division of Criminal Justice, for $14,607,564.90 and through 6-30-22 for funding of the fiscal year 2021-2022 Community Corrections Program (SAFTY-202159216). Council Resolution 21-0760 was approved by consent 21-0762 Amends a grant agreement with the Colorado Department of Local Affairs by adding $250,000 for a new total of $743,909 for the Defense Counsel First Appearance Grant Program.
