A motion offered by Councilmember Sandoval, duly seconded by Councilmember Kniech, that Council Bill 21-0843 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Kashmann, Kniech, Sandoval, Torres, Flynn, Gilmore Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Sawyer 21-0882 Amends the process for screening candidates to fill a vacancy in the director of the office of the independent monitor in connection with revisions to the charter structure of the monitor if approved by electors at a special municipal election to be held in conjunction with the coordinated election of November 2, 2022. Council Resolution 21-0850 was approved by consent 21-0856 Amends a contract with the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless by adding an outcome related to households served for administering the Denver Street Outreach Collaborative (DSOC) and Strategic Outreach to Large Encampments (SOLE) programs.
