A motion offered by Councilmember Sawyer, duly seconded by Councilmember Torres, that Council Resolution 21-1251 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Kashmann, Kniech, Sandoval, Sawyer, Torres, Flynn, Gilmore Nay: 0 21-1310 Amends Chapters 4 and 10 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to require energy performance and greenhouse gas emissions reductions in existing commercial and multifamily buildings and future electrification requirements for existing buildings. Council Resolution 21-1302 was approved by consent 21-1303 Approves a contract with Jewish Family Service of Colorado, Inc. for $625,000 and through 12-31-23 to provide rapid re-housing services for people experiencing homelessness, citywide (HOST 202159318).
