A motion offered by Councilmember Torres, duly seconded by Councilmember Flynn, that Council Resolution 22-0705 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Kashmann, Torres, Flynn, Gilmore Nay: 0 Absent: 3- Kniech, Sandoval, Sawyer 22-0716 Amends Chapter 2 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to update procedures and powers and duties, and transfer governance of the Crime Prevention and Control Commission from the Department of Public Health and Environment to the Department of Safety.
