procedures and powers and duties, and transfer governance of the Crime
Prevention and Control Commission from the Department of Public Health

22-0748 Amends a grant agreement with the State of Colorado by adding $633,052
for a new total of $920,803 and one year for a new end date of 6-30-2023
to continue receiving state funding to build and enhance comprehensive
tobacco control programming efforts with a focus on reducing the tobacco
usage rates of low socioeconomic status community members, citywide
(ENVHL-202160237-01).
A motion offered that Council Resolution 22-0748 be approved by consent en
bloc, carried by the following vote:

22-0757 Amends a contract with U.S. Motels Denver North, Inc. by adding
$1,800,000 for a new total of $4,546,000 to provide short-term shelter

the City’s emergency shelter beds are full, citywide. No change to contract
