A motion offered by Councilmember Flynn, duly seconded by Councilmember Sandoval, that Council Bill 22-0834 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Kniech, Kashmann, Sandoval, Sawyer, Flynn, Gilmore Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Torres There will be 15 minutes of public comment on item 22-0834.
