of Healthcare Policy and Financing (HCPF) for $3,592,823.62 and through

support Denver Human Services in managing eligibility reviews for Medical
Assistance members at the end of the Public Health Emergency (PHE),

Human Services - Office of Economic Security by adding $642,010.82 for
a new total of $1,284,021.64 and one year for a new end date of 6-30-23 to
continue implementing the Disability Navigator Program to cover costs to
assist persons with disabilities to navigate the application and/or appeal
process for federal disability benefits under the Supplemental Security
Income (SSI) program, citywide (SOCSV-202160615-00/
SOCSV-202160615-02).

Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) services to add contract language
required by the United States Department of the Treasury. No other

22-1179 Amends a contract with The Salvation Army by reducing the amount by
$150,000 to reallocate to other programs in higher demand, for a new
contract total of $5,038,827, and adds one year for a new end date of
