A motion offered that Council Resolution 22-1363 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Kniech, Kashmann, Sawyer, Torres, Flynn, Gilmore Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Sandoval 22-1368 Approves a grant agreement with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for $2,000,000 and through 8-31-2030 to assist with acquiring the Stay Inn Hotel in Council District 8, which will be converted to and operated as permanent supportive housing for people experiencing homelessness (HOST-202265081). A motion offered that Council Resolution 22-1368 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Kniech, Kashmann, Sawyer, Torres, Flynn, Gilmore Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Sandoval 22-1370 Amends Chapter 42 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code establishing salaries and benefits for command staff in the Denver Police Department for 2023 through 2025 in accordance with the approved collective bargaining agreement. A motion offered that Council Bill 22-1370 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Kniech, Kashmann, Sawyer, Torres, Flynn, Gilmore Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Sandoval 22-1371 Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the State of Colorado Department of Human Services, Division of Youth Services by adding $33,612 for a new total of $1,633,190.17 for a cost-of-living adjustment for detention screening and pre-trial release services for youth in the 2nd Judicial District.
