23-0372 Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Denver Urban Renewal
Authority by adding $30,000 for a new total of $705,000 and one year for a
new end date of 12-31-2023 to continue operating the Rental/Homeowner
Access & Modification program (RHAMP), which helps remove
architectural and accessibility barriers for income-qualified persons in their
owner-occupied or rental unit, citywide (HOST-202057135-02/
HOST-202366394-02).
A motion offered that Council Bill 23-0372 be approved by consent en bloc,
carried by the following vote:

23-0383 Amends a purchase order with CLNC Enterprises, LLC, doing business as
La Machaca, by adding $775,000 for a new total of $3,455,000 and 3
months for a new end date of 5-31-2023 to provide meals for guests
staying at emergency shelters serving migrants while a new procurement
process is completed, citywide (PO-00124808).
A motion offered that Council Resolution 23-0383 be approved by consent en
bloc, carried by the following vote:

23-0385 Approves a contract with La Raza Services, Inc., doing business as
Servicios de la Raza, Inc., for $1,000,000 and through 12-31-2024 to
expand behavioral health services for approximately 200 youth ages 11-25
by hiring four new staff positions to support youth behavioral health services
and providing counseling, mental wellness, and other wrap-around
programming, citywide (MOEAI-202367315).
