A motion offered by Councilmember Torres, duly seconded by Councilmember Sandoval, that Council Bill 23-0428 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Kniech, Kashmann, Sandoval, Sawyer, Torres, Gilmore Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Flynn 23-0402 Approves a loan agreement with Unita Senior Apartments, LLLP for $1,250,000 and 30 years to support a 50-unit income-restricted senior housing development known as St. Stephens, located at 2189 North Valentia Street in Council District 8 (HOST-202367525).
