A motion offered by Councilmember Torres, duly seconded by Councilmember Gilmore, that Council Resolution 23-0720 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Kashmann, Sandoval, Sawyer, Torres, Flynn, Gilmore Nay: 0 Abstain: 1- Kniech 23-0725 Approves a loan agreement with Warren Village Inc. for $3,810,000 and 60 years to construct 89 income-restricted affordable housing units, 79 of which will include supportive housing, located at 1390 West Alameda Avenue and 1363 and 1373 West Nevada Avenue in Council District 7, known as Warren Village III, with a focus on serving households that are experiencing, are at risk of experiencing homelessness, citywide (HOST-202368174). A motion offered by Councilmember Torres, duly seconded by Councilmember Gilmore, that Council Resolution 23-0739 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Kashmann, Sandoval, Sawyer, Torres, Flynn, Gilmore Nay: 0 Abstain: 1- Kniech 23-0721 Approves a loan agreement with Archdiocesan Housing, Inc., doing business as Catholic Charities Housing for $2,452,000, including $1,890,000 as a 60-year performance loan and $562,000 as an 18-year cash flow loan to construct 63 units of income-restricted senior housing, known as All Saints Apartments, located at 2595 South Federal Boulevard in Council District 2 (HOST-202368442).
