Council Resolution 23-0751 was approved by consent 23-0753 Approves a grant agreement with School District No. 1 (Denver Public Schools) for $3,556,824.84 and through 6-30-2024 to provide Head Start and Early Head Start services for 350 children and families as a delegate agency for Denver Great Kids Head Start (DGKHS), citywide (MOEI-202368071). Council Bill 23-0753 was approved by consent 23-0763 Approves a grant agreement with Catholic Charities and Community Services of the Archdiocese of Denver, Inc. for $2,157,274.72 and through 6-30-2024 to provide Head Start and Early Head Start services for 203 children and families as a delegate agency for Denver Great Kids Head Start (DGKHS) in Council Districts 1, 3, 7, 8 & 9 (MOEAI-202367404). Council Resolution 23-0763 was approved by consent 23-0766 Amends a loan agreement with EC Wildhorse LLC and Envolve Communities, LLC by adding $718,000 for a new total of $1,168,000 to cover increased construction costs and to construct an additional three affordable units at Wildhorse Ridge development, located near Tower Road and 58th Avenue in Council District 11.
