23-1896 Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Denver Health and Hospital
Authority by adding $2,326,616 for a new total of $4,821,848.57 and one
year for a new end date of 12-31-2024 to continue to provide paramedics
and vans in support of the Support Team Assisted Response (STAR)

A motion offered by Councilmember Flynn, duly seconded by Councilmember
Gilmore, that Council Bill 23-1896 be approved for filing, carried by the following

23-1897 Amends a contract with the Mental Health Center of Denver, operating as
WellPower, by adding $935,986 for a new total of $3,213,553 and one

the Support Team Assisted Response (STAR) program, citywide.
