A motion offered by Councilmember Torres, duly seconded by Chair Gonzales-Gutierrez, that Council Bill 23-1960 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Gilmore, Gonzales-Gutierrez, Parady, Torres Aye: 4- Gilmore, Gonzales-Gutierrez, Parady, Torres Nay: 3- Flynn, Sawyer, Watson Nay: 3- Flynn, Sawyer, Watson 23-1964 For an ordinance adding a new section to Chapter 16 of the Revised Municipal Code to require the opening of facilities for temporary shelter when the outside temperature is predicted to be thirty-two degrees Fahrenheit or lower. DATTTY-202371407 A motion offered that Council Resolution 23-1943 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Flynn, Gilmore, Gonzales-Gutierrez, Parady, Sawyer, Torres, Watson Nay: 0 23-1947 Amends a purchase order with Snap Colorado LLC from $1,000,000 to $1,400,000 with no change to the order length for purchase of meals for guests at the City’s migrant shelters, citywide.
