24-0123 Approves the loan agreement with MHV Partners LLLP for $4,080,000 to
assist with the development and construction of one hundred two (102)
affordable multi-family dwelling units, which will be known as The Irving at
Mile High Vista, in Council District 3 (HOST-202371413).
A motion offered by Council member Torres, duly seconded by Council member
Sawyer, that Council Resolution 24-0123 be approved for filing, carried by the

24-0071 Approves a contract with HopSkipDrive, Inc. $1,500,000 and a three-year
term ending on 12-31-2026 to provide safe door-to-door transportation
services for children/youth involved with or receiving services from DHS,
citywide (SOCSV-202371713-00).
A motion offered that Council Resolution 24-0071 be approved by consent en
bloc, carried by the following vote:
