A motion offered that Council Resolution 24-0226 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Flynn, Gonzales-Gutierrez, Parady, Sawyer, Torres, Watson Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Gilmore 24-0266 Approves the loan agreement with SCI-Capitol City, LLC. in the amount of $2,600,000 to assist with the acquisition of the Property, which will operate as a mobile home park with sixty (60) mobile home spaces being used as affordable housing units, in Council District 3 (HOST-202472389). A motion offered that Council Resolution 24-0266 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Flynn, Gonzales-Gutierrez, Parady, Sawyer, Torres, Watson Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Gilmore 24-0267 Approves a loan agreement with Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver, Inc., in the amount of $900,000 to assist with the finance costs associated with the development of eight (8) income-restricted homeownership affordable units, which will be known as Augustana Townhomes, in Council District 5 (HOST-202370649). A motion offered that Council Resolution 24-0267 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Flynn, Gonzales-Gutierrez, Parady, Sawyer, Torres, Watson Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Gilmore 24-0281 Amends Chapter 18 of the revised Municipal Code establishing salaries and benefits for command staff in the Denver Sheriff Department for 2024 and 2025.
