24-0265 Amends a contract with La Raza Services, Inc., doing business as
Servicios de La Raza, by adding $2,300,000 for a new total of $4,600,000
and 10 months for a new end date of 12-31-24 to continue to provide
culturally appropriate community engagement services to recipients of the
Support Team Assisted Response (STAR) program, citywide
(ENVHL-202472789-02/202264337-02).
A motion offered by Council member Flynn, duly seconded by Council member
Sawyer, that Council Resolution 24-0265 be approved for filing, carried by the
following vote:

24-0226 Amends a contract with It Takes A Village, Inc. by adding $265,420 for a
new total of $566,771 and one year for a new end date of 02-28-2025 to
provide care, treatment, and supportive services to individuals living with
HIV/AIDS in the Denver Transitional Grant Area (TGA), citywide
(202472183-02).
A motion offered that Council Resolution 24-0226 be approved by consent en
bloc, carried by the following vote:

24-0266 Approves the loan agreement with SCI-Capitol City, LLC. in the amount of
$2,600,000 to assist with the acquisition of the Property, which will operate
as a mobile home park with sixty (60) mobile home spaces being used as
affordable housing units, in Council District 3 (HOST-202472389).

District 5 (HOST-202370649).
A motion offered that Council Resolution 24-0267 be approved by consent en
