A motion offered that Council Resolution 24-0457 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Flynn, Gilmore, Gonzales-Gutierrez, Parady, Sawyer, Torres, Watson Nay: 0 24-0468 Approves an on-call contract with EnviroServe, Inc. for a maximum amount of $5,000,000 and for three years for hazardous materials management services, citywide (ESEQD-202370280-00). A motion offered that Council Resolution 24-0468 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Flynn, Gilmore, Gonzales-Gutierrez, Parady, Sawyer, Torres, Watson Nay: 0 24-0469 Approves a contract with La Clinica Tepeyac (Tepeyac Community Health Center) for $700,000 and through 12-31-26 to provide linguistically and culturally responsive behavioral health services to low-income City residents, citywide (ENVHL-202472977). A motion offered that Council Resolution 24-0469 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Flynn, Gilmore, Gonzales-Gutierrez, Parady, Sawyer, Torres, Watson Nay: 0 24-0470 Approves a contract with Second Chance Center Inc., for $1,000,000 and through 6-30-2026 to provide a high intensity team of care management specialists to serve people with serious mental illness or severe and persistent mental illness, citywide (ENVHL-202472271).
