A motion offered by Council member Gilmore, duly seconded by Council member Torres, that Council Resolution 24-0606 be approved for filing en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Flynn, Gilmore, Gonzales-Gutierrez, Parady, Sawyer, Torres, Watson Nay: 0 24-0607 Approves a new expenditure agreement with Second Chance Center, Inc. for $1,721,863.97 and an end term of 6-30-2027 to provide case management services and staff to the MOORE center for Denver Community Corrections, citywide (SAFTY-202473592). A motion offered by Council member Gilmore, duly seconded by Council member Torres, that Council Resolution 24-0607 be approved for filing en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Flynn, Gilmore, Gonzales-Gutierrez, Parady, Sawyer, Torres, Watson Nay: 0 24-0608 Amends an agreement with Michael’s of Denver Catering Inc. to add $1,082,668 for a new total of $1,532,668 and one additional year for a new end term of 11-30-2025 to provide meals at community corrections facilities, citywide (SAFTY-202473355-02/SAFTY-202262981). A motion offered that Council Resolution 24-0593 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Flynn, Gilmore, Gonzales-Gutierrez, Parady, Sawyer, Torres, Watson Nay: 0 24-0594 Amends a grant agreement with WeeCycle by adding $87,560 for a new contract total of $583,029.20, to provide nutritious food and infant formula as funded by the Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative, citywide.
