The second ordinance shall be renumbered as Ordinance No. 2026-31, and all official records shall be amended to reflect this correction. Motion to pass ORD. 2026-33. • Next meeting August 5 at 6 PM ADMINISTRATOR BUSINESS • Request motion authorizing the Village Administrator to execute the commercial design proposal with Design Management Architects for architectural and engineering services to design and obtain a building permit for a 4,800-square-foot, single-story vehicular service garage at 115 Calaboone Road, Doylestown, Ohio. • Motion to authorize the Village Administrator to execute the Ohio Department of Transportation Local Maintenance Detour Route Agreement, and any related documents necessary to implement the agreement, in substantially the form presented to Council, together with any non-substantive revisions approved by the Village Solicitor and Village Administrator. • Motion to authorize the Village Administrator to execute the real estate listing and brokerage agreements, and any related documents necessary to market the Village-owned properties located at 500 Clinton Street and the approximately 42.1-acre parcel, in substantially the form presented to Council, subject to any non-substantive revisions approved by the Village Solicitor and Village Administrator. • Request motion to convene Executive Session: Request motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to the Village Charter to consider the purchase of property for public purposes, including conference with the Village’s representatives, as premature disclosure of information would give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage, and to invite the Village Administrator, Solicitor, Fiscal Officer, and other individuals as necessary. • Is there any other business to come before Council?
