The City of Dublin and Dublin Unified School District Liaison Committee will provide
information and updates relating to areas of mutual concern, including but not limited to
Schools and Programs operating in the City of Dublin.

3. ACTION ITEMS
3.1 Approval of Minutes from the November 6, 2025 meeting.
4. REPORTS
4.1 City and District Capital Projects
The City of Dublin will provide updates on key capital projects, including the expansion of
Dublin Boulevard. District Staff will provide updates on its capital projects, including Shamrock
Hills TK-8 school and other construction projects around the District.
4.2 Update on City Development Projects
The City of Dublin will provide updates on private development projects.
4.3 City and DUSD Services and Collaborative Efforts
The City of Dublin and DUSD Staff will discuss services provided to the school district and
potential areas of collaboration between the agencies, including Emerald Glen
baseball/softball fields and a potential fitness court at Devany Square.
4.4 Traffic Safety, Crosswalks, and Crossing Guards
The City of Dublin and DUSD Staff will discuss traffic safety matters around schools and
crossing guards, including DUSD request for two additional guards.
5. REQUEST FOR FUTURE MEETING AGENDA ITEMS
The Committee and/or Staff will present items to be discussed at future meetings.
6. ADJOURNMENT
