REPORTS 4.1 Update from the American Legion Post #237 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #6298 Representatives from the American Legion Post #237 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #6298 will provide an update on activities and events. STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Receive the report. 4.2 Update from Veterans First Program at Las Positas College Representatives from Las Positas College, Veterans First Program to provide an update on activities and events. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the report. 4.3 Update on Sign Relocation Capital Project City and Parks Reserve Forces Training Area Staff to provide an update on the relocation of the Historic Camp Parks sign. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the report. 4.4 Update from Parks Reserve Forces Training Area Parks Reserve Forces Training Area (PRFTA) Staff to provide an update on the PRFTA Master Plan, any planned revisions, and any additional projects. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the report. 4.5 Update on Upcoming Events City of Dublin Parks and Community Services Staff and Parks Reserve Forces Training Area Staff to provide updates on upcoming events. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the report. 4.6 2026 Federal and Military Communities Committee Meeting Schedule The Committee will review the 2026 Federal and Military Communities Committee Meeting Schedule.
