PUBLIC COMMENT At this time, the public is permitted to address the Parks and Community Services Commission on non-agendized items. Please step to the podium and clearly state your name for the record. COMMENTS SHOULD NOT EXCEED THREE (3) MINUTES. In accordance with State Law, no action or discussion may take place on any item not appearing on the posted agenda. The Commission may respond to statements made or questions asked, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Any member of the public may contact the Recording Secretary’s Office related to the proper procedure to place an item on a future Parks and Community Services Commission agenda. The exceptions under which the Commission MAY discuss and/or take action on items not appearing on the agenda are contained in Government Code Section 54954.2(b)(1)(2)(3). 4. CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are typically non-controversial in nature and are considered for approval by the Parks & Community Services Commission with one single action. Members of the audience, Staff or the Parks & Community Services Commission who would like an item removed from the Consent Calendar for purposes of public input may request the Chair to remove the item. June 15, 2026 Dublin Parks and Community Services Commission Agenda 4.1 Approval of the April 20, 2026 Parks and Community Services Commission Regular Meeting Minutes The Commission will consider approving the April 20, 2026 Parks and Community Services Commission Regular Meeting Minutes. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve the minutes of the April 20, 2026 Parks and Community Services Commission Regular Meeting. Staff Report Attachment 1 - Minutes of the April 20, 2026 Parks and Community Services Commission Regular Meeting 4.2 Tri-Annual Parks and Community Services Department Report for January 2026 through April 2026 The Commission will receive the Tri-Annual Parks and Community Services Department Report on classes, activities, and events from January 2026 through April 2026. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the report. Staff Report Attachment 1 - Tri-Annual Report January 2026 - April 2026 4.3 Alameda County Library Quarterly Report for January-March 2026 The Commission will receive the quarterly report from the Alameda County Library for the period of January through March 2026. Staff Report Attachment 1 - 2026-2076 Community Time Capsule Flyer June 15, 2026 Dublin Parks and Community Services Commission Agenda 7.2 City Council Facility Naming Policy The Parks and Community Services Commission will consider recommending a Facility Naming Policy to the City Council. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Recommend a Facility Naming Policy to the City Council for Approval. STAFF AND COMMISSIONER REPORTS Brief information only reports from the commission and/or Staff, including committee reports and reports by the commission related to meetings attended at City expense (AB1234). 9.
