In accordance with State Law, no action or discussion may take place on any item not appearing on the posted agenda. The Commission may respond to statements made or questions asked, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Any member of the public may contact the Recording Secretary’s Office related to the proper procedure to place an item on a future Parks and Community Services Commission agenda. The exceptions under which the Commission MAY discuss and/or take action on items not appearing on the agenda are contained in Government Code Section 54954.2(b)(1)(2)(3). 4. CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are typically non-controversial in nature and are considered for approval by the Parks & Community Services Commission with one single action. Staff Report Attachment 1 - Minutes of the April 20, 2026 Parks and Community Services Commission Regular Meeting 4.2 Tri-Annual Parks and Community Services Department Report for January 2026 through April 2026 The Commission will receive the Tri-Annual Parks and Community Services Department Report on classes, activities, and events from January 2026 through April 2026. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the report. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Recommend a Facility Naming Policy to the City Council for Approval.
