Consent Calendar items are typically non-controversial in nature and are considered for
approval by the Youth Advisory Committee with one single action. Members of the
audience, Staff or the Youth Advisory Committee who would like an item removed from the
Consent Calendar for purposes of public input may request the Chair to remove the item.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
4.1 25-26 Youth Mini-Grant Presentations and Funding Recommendations Update
The Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) will hold a Special Meeting to hear a presentation
from one Youth Mini-Grant applicant, Youth Empowerment in Military Careers, who was
unable to present during the regularly scheduled Mini-Grant presentations. The
Committee will review the group’s proposal, rate the application, and provide a funding
recommendation for City Council consideration.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Receive the presentation from Youth Empowerment in Military Careers, review the
proposal, and provide a funding recommendation for City Council approval.

7. ADJOURNMENT
