CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. PRESENTATIONS 2.1 Rosenberg's Rules of Order and Brown Act Training The Youth Advisory Committee will receive a presentation from Marsha Moore, City Clerk, regarding Rosenberg’s Rules of Order and the Brown Act. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the presentation. Staff Report Attachment 1 - Rosenberg's Rules of Order Attachment 2 - A Guide to the Ralph M. Brown Act 2.2 2026-27 Youth Advisory Committee and Staff Introductions The Youth Advisory Committee and Staff will make introductions. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Participate in introductions with Staff. Staff Report 3. PUBLIC COMMENT At this time, the public is permitted to address the Youth Advisory Committee on non- agendized items. Please step to the podium and clearly state your name for the record. COMMENTS SHOULD NOT EXCEED THREE (3) MINUTES. In accordance with State Law, no action or discussion may take place on any item not appearing on the posted agenda. The June 10, 2026 Dublin Youth Advisory Committee Agenda 1 Committee may respond to statements made or questions asked, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Any member of the public may contact the Recording Secretary’s Office related to the proper procedure to place an item on a future Youth Advisory Committee agenda. The exceptions under which the Committee MAY discuss and/or take action on items not appearing on the agenda are contained in Government Code Section 54954.2(b)(1)(2)(3). 4. CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are typically non-controversial in nature and are considered for approval by the Youth Advisory Committee with one single action. Members of the audience, Staff or the Youth Advisory Committee who would like an item removed from the Consent Calendar for purposes of public input may request the Chair to remove the item. 4.1 Approval of the May 13, 2026 Youth Advisory Committee Regular Meeting Minutes The Committee will consider approving the May 13, 2026 Youth Advisory Committee Regular Meeting minutes. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve the minutes of the May 13, 2026 Youth Advisory Committee Regular Meeting. NEW BUSINESS 6.1 Election of 2026-27 Youth Advisory Committee Chairperson and Vice Chairperson The Youth Advisory Committee will conduct elections for the positions of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for the 2026-27 term. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Conduct elections for Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for the 2026-27 term. Staff Report Attachment 1 - Youth Advisory Committee Bylaws and Rules of Procedure 6.2 2026-27 Youth Advisory Committee Work Plan The Committee will discuss and develop the 2026-27 Youth Advisory Committee Work Plan. STAFF AND COMMITTEE MEMBER REPORTS Brief information only reports from Committee Members and/or Staff, including committee reports and reports by Committee Members related to meetings attended at City expense (AB1234). 8.
