BACKGROUND: (Presented by Senior Planner, Robert Hobbs) Proposed General Plan Future Land Use Map Amendment(s) and Rezoning of various properties within, and adjacent to, the expired Scenic Mountain master development area. 7.B. SITE PLAN — Eagle Mountain Chapel and Recreation Building BACKGROUND: (Presented by Planner, Steven Lehmitz) Planning Commission review of a site plan proposal that would demolish two residential dwellings, renovate and expand the current accessory building into a religious and cultural meeting hall, and construct an accessory recreation building. 7.C. PUBLIC HEARING / ACTION ITEM — An Ordinance of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, Approving the Eagle Mountain Chapel and Recreation Building Development Agreement. BACKGROUND: (Presented by Planner, Steven Lehmitz) Planning Commission review of a proposed development agreement that would facilitate the development of the proposed Eagle Mountain Chapel and Recreation Building Site Plan. 7.D. ACTION ITEM — Wright Retaining Wall Variance  BACKGROUND: (Presented by Planner, Steven Lehmitz) Planning Commission review of a proposed Variance request to the City's retaining wall height maximum. 7.E. ACTION ITEM — A Resolution of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, Approving the First Amendment to the Brylee Townhomes Development Agreement. BACKGROUND: (Presented by Planner, Steven Lehmitz) Planning Commission review of a proposed First Amendment to the Brylee Farms Phase B Development Agreement. 7.F.
