NEW ITEMS: 1) An Ordinance Vacating the Right-of-way of East Fourth Street Between 808 and 904 N. Main Street C. ITEMS HELD IN COMMITTEE: 1) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 94 of the Codified Ordinances of Edwardsville, Illinois (Signs) – Amendment prohibits installation of Dynamic Displays Signs and specifically lists existing Dynamic Display Signs that were grandfathered when the 2010 Ordinance was adopted and those approved under the 2010 ordinance and the established operating criteria. Held at ACS on 6/27/14 2) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 94 of the Codified Ordinances of Edwardsville, Illinois (Signs) – Amendment establishing spacing between dynamic display signs also revises language on glare for residential properties. Held at ACS on 6/27/14 3) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 1242.02.2 of the Codified Ordinances of Edwardsville, Illinois (Single Family Residential District (R-1) – Amendment allows for Agricultural uses within an R-1 Single Family Residence District, amends the definition of Agricultural Use and creates definitions for “Horticulture” and “Forestry” – Held at ACS on 6/27/14 for staff to address concerns discussed at ACS.
