Approval of an Ordinance adopting an addendum to the Mutual Aid Box Alarm Agreement Secures policy compliance assuring MABAS eligibility of federal fund reimbursement for Declarations of Disaster responses. The FEMA Recovery Policy (RP9523.6) references for mutual aid agreements for public assistance and fire management assistance is addressed in the addendum. 2. Ordinance Amending Chapter Six of the Codified Ordinances of the City Of Edwardsville (Alcoholic Beverages – Section 6-29. Definitions, Section 6-34. Classification of Licenses; Fees, and Section 6-46. Closing Hours) B. NEW ITEMS: 1. Sign Variance Requests for Blue Hospitality LLC, 1000 Plummer Drive:  Additional Building Signage; and  Independent Freestanding Sign 2. Bids for Parks Camera System 3. Mower purchase for Parks Department C. ITEMS HELD IN COMMITTEE: 1) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 94 of the Codified Ordinances of Edwardsville, Illinois (Signs) – Amendment prohibits installation of Dynamic Displays Signs and specifically lists existing Dynamic Display Signs that were grandfathered when the 2010 Ordinance was adopted and those approved under the 2010 ordinance and the established operating criteria. Held at ACS on 6/27/14 2) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 94 of the Codified Ordinances of Edwardsville, Illinois (Signs) – Amendment establishing spacing between dynamic display signs also revises language on glare for residential properties. Held at ACS on 6/27/14 3) Susan Baum – Appeal of HPC decision regarding demolition of non-contributing shed at 927 Hale Avenue. – Held at ACS on 7/31/2014 to allow time for progress on this matter D.
