Resolution Extending the Established Administrative Review Period During Which Sign Variances for Dynamic Display Signs Will Not be Accepted – Resolution extends the review period for Dynamic Display Signs for an additional 30 days (until October 31, 2014) from the expiration date established by Resolution 965-7- 2014 C. ITEMS HELD IN COMMITTEE: 1) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 94 of the Codified Ordinances of Edwardsville, Illinois (Signs) – Amendment prohibits installation of Dynamic Displays Signs and specifically lists existing Dynamic Display Signs that were grandfathered when the 2010 Ordinance was adopted and those approved under the 2010 ordinance and the established operating criteria. Held at ACS on 6/27/14 2) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 94 of the Codified Ordinances of Edwardsville, Illinois (Signs) – Amendment establishing spacing between dynamic display signs also revises language on glare for residential properties. Held at ACS on 6/27/14 3) Susan Baum – Appeal of HPC decision regarding demolition of non-contributing shed at 927 Hale Avenue. – Held at ACS on 7/31/2014 to allow time for progress on this matter D.
