Andre’ 3949 Wiese Lane, PID 10-1-16-18-02-201-003.001 – Annexes property at 3949 Wiese Lane 2) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 94-46 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville and Establishing Further Criteria Regarding Dynamic Display Signs – Amendment establishes additional performance criteria for dynamic display sign installation B. ITEMS HELD IN COMMITTEE: 1) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 94 of the Codified Ordinances of Edwardsville, Illinois (Signs) – Amendment prohibits installation of Dynamic Displays Signs and specifically lists existing Dynamic Display Signs that were grandfathered when the 2010 Ordinance was adopted and those approved under the 2010 ordinance and the established operating criteria.
