FILED FOR SECOND READING: 1) An Ordinance Annexing Property Known as 7450 State Route 143 PID 10-2-16-18-02-201-011 7438 State Route 143 PID 10-1-16-18-02-201-012 and Unaddressed Parcel on Raymond Road PID 10-1-16-18-02-201-015 – The Ordinance annexes three parcels that are wholly surrounded by the City of Edwardsville under the provisions of the Illinois Compiled Statutes Chapter 65 Section 5/7-1-13 “Surrounded or Nearly Surrounded Territory Under 60 Acres”. B. NEW ITEMS: 1) Leclaire Academy Exterior Renovation Bid – recommend award bid to Miller Maack General Contractors in the amount of $42,795.00 2) Approval of Items from 1/6/14 RASE Board meeting:  Ecumenical Easter Service – April 5, 2015 at City Park 3) “A Better Place to Play” report – Splash Park Update C. ITEMS HELD IN COMMITTEE: 1) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 94 of the Codified Ordinances of Edwardsville, Illinois (Signs) – Amendment prohibits installation of Dynamic Displays Signs and specifically lists existing Dynamic Display Signs that were grandfathered when the 2010 Ordinance was adopted and those approved under the 2010 ordinance and the established operating criteria. Held at ACS on 6/26/14 2) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 94 of the Codified Ordinances of Edwardsville, Illinois (Signs) – Amendment establishing spacing between dynamic display signs also revises language on glare for residential properties.
