FILED FOR SECOND READING: 1) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 98 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Solid Waste) – Clarifies acceptable locations to store trash containers when they are stored outside an enclosed structure. 2) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 1242 Rezoning the West Linden & Quince Streets Initiative Area from R-2 Multi-Family Dwelling District to R-1 Single Family Residence District – This ordinance amendment rezones the property from R-2 Multi-Family Dwelling District to R-1 Single Family Residence District consistent with the use all properties with the exception of 312 & 316 W. Linden Street. 3) An Ordinance Vacating and Dedicating Easements at Theatre View Commercial Park.– This Ordinance vacates an easement that bisects Lot 3 and dedicates a new easement along the perimeter of lot 3. 4) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 118, Article II of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Sewer) – Ordinance would repeal winter averaging of the sanitary sewer and bill sewer based off actual water usage year round B. NEW ITEMS: 1) An Ordinance Annexing Certain Territory to the City of Edwardsville, Illinois, Sharon N. Helms Trust, 7126 Goshen Road, PID 14-1-15-24-000-000-017 – Annexes an 81.45 acre tract on the south side of Goshen Road and East of the Ebbets Field subdivision 2) Resolution to Set a Date for a Public Hearing for the Montclaire Center Business Development District. – To be distributed from Legal 3) Items forwarded from RASE Board 07/07/15 meeting for approval:  YMCA Spooktacular 5k Run and 2mi Walk – 10/17/15 4) Resolution Approving Rules and Regulations for Temporary Street Closures and Use of City Streets, Sidewalks or Other City Property – Establishes Guidelines for use of City owned property in response to Item 3C1 under Items Held in Committee 5) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 78 (Parks & Recreation Department) – Amendment is a housekeeping item pertaining to staffing to Parks & Recreation Department C.
