FILED FOR SECOND READING: 1) An Ordinance Authorizing the Trade In and Destruction of Certain Surplus Personal Property Owned by the City of Edwardsville – Ordinance allows for the trade-in or destruction of (10) handguns and eight (8) long guns which are no longer of use to the agency. These weapons were obtained via department purchase, court ordered seizures and recovered as found property. B. NEW ITEMS: 1) Application for Park Naming - Sports Park Complex 2) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 46 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Fire Department) - Changes in fire department staffing – request suspension of rules and passage on 1st reading.
