NEW ITEMS: 1) Approval of Spray & Play Park Naming 2) Change Orders Spray & Play Park a) (For Information) Change Order 4 Spray & Play Park – Credit for revisions to sanitary sewer layout. Net decrease $516 b) (For Approval) Change Order 5 Spay & Play Park – Additional items required per Illinois Department of Public Health Permit Requirements (ASI #2 & #3). Items in ASI #4 are necessary to provide for staging between Combined Public Safety Facility and Spray & Play Park. Provides communication services to building. Net increase $31,124 c) (For Information) Change Order 6 Spray & Play Park – Provide additional underground conduit and pull boxes to future pavilion location to avoid costly removal and replacement of other Park improvements. Provide additional electrical bonding at the splash pad site per the Electrical Inspector. Net increase $6,105 d) (For Information) Change Order 7 Spray & Play Park – Change in materials for ladder will provide a better long term option due to corrosion of steel ladder. Net increase $1,324 3) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 42 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Police and Fire Departments Alarm Systems) The ordinance removes outdated information regarding the monitoring of alarms and adds a discretionary fine for repeat non-valid alarms responded to by EPD and/or EFD – Pending recommendation from Public Safety Committee 4) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 1248 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Scope of Regulations) – Swimming Pools C.
