Training for Licenses and Employees) B. NEW ITEMS: 1) Ordinance Annexing 3601 First Presbyterian Church – Annexes 5.58 acres site into the City of Edwardsville 2) Resolution Authorizing Application for PEP Grant Funds – Authorizes Application for grant funds 3) Authorizing an Agreement to Encourage Redevelopment within the Montclaire Business District – Agreement stipulates the criteria for reimbursable expenditures to the developer within the Montclaire Business District C. ITEMS HELD IN COMMITTEE: 1) Resolution Authorizing an Amended Intergovernmental Agreement for Lewis and Clark Community College Sign – Amends 2007 Intergovernmental Agreement regarding the approved location, design and size of sign – Petitioner has requested this item continue to be held as this time. – Held 10/27/16 2) An Ordinance Amending Chapters 1242, 1248 and 1252 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Zoning District Regulations, Scope of Regulations and Definitions) Amendment modifies size of lots allowable for percent of coverage through administrative review, allows architecturally sympathetic reconstruction for non-conforming single family residences located in R-1 Districts to be rebuilt to original building footprint provided allowable setbacks are maintained; and general language housekeeping of other affected portions of the zoning ordinance.
