Correspondence & Announcements: A. Letter from PC recommending approval of Whispering Heights PUD Development Plan 3. Council Matters A. FILED FOR SECOND READING: 1) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 114, Section 114-302 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Parking Prohibited at All Times) – Magnolia Street – Restricts parking to the one side of Magnolia Street due to safety concerns for emergency vehicle access 2) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 14 Animals – Domesticated Chickens – The amendment to the animal ordinance would allow licensing for keeping domesticated chickens. B. NEW ITEMS: 1) Resolution Approving Whispering Heights PUD Development Plan – The amendment authorizes the Whispering Heights PUD Development Plan for a Mixed Use PUD containing commercial/retail space and 152 dwelling units. 2) Approval of Professional Services Agreement with CMT for Plummer Family Park - Supplemental Services in the amount of $61,600 3) Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Apply for Madison County Resource Management Program Environmental Grant Funds from Madison County – This Resolution authorizes the Grant application to Madison County for the purchase of combination Waste and Recycle Receptacles for North Main Street 4) A Resolution Authorizing Mayor to Request Extension of the Life of the City’s Tax Increment Financing District #2 - The proposed resolution authorizes the Mayor and City to request a legislative approval for an extension of the life of the City’s TIF #2 District C.
