NEW ITEMS: 1) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 114, Section 114-302 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville – Parking Prohibited at All Times (North Fillmore) as revised – This ordinance restricts parking on both sides of North Fillmore Street to a point 250 feet north of Vandalia Street. The no parking on the west side will be extended to thealley to match up with two existing no parking signs. (Request suspension of rules and passage on first reading.) – Pending recommendation of Public Safety & Public Services Committees 2) A Resolution Accepting the Elevation Rendering for the Proposed Gori Properties, LLC Development at 400-410 N. Main Street 3) Items forwarded from RASE Board February 6, 2018 Meeting for approval:  Global Brew – Spring Beerfest (04/28/18)  St. Boniface – Run for Bonifest (05/26/18) 4) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 46, Article IV of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Fire Department) – The amendment provides new language within the Codified Ordinances Chapter 46, Article IV – Fire Prevention, Section 46-107 - Open Burning for inclusion of Controlled/Prescribed burns within City limits under specific regulations.
