Net increase $8,533.00 c) (For Information) Change Order 10 Spray & Play Park – Credit for quantity adjustment due to field conditions. Net decrease $1,990.00 d) (For Information) Change Order 11 Spray & Play Park – Add additional concrete thickness around spray pad walk per Illinois Department of Public Health Requirement. Change was requested after plans were issued for bidding and construction.
