d) Approval to purchase two (2) Police Package Ford Explorers from Landmark
Ford in the sum of $57,810, police equipment purchase and installation fees from
True Line Communications in the sum of $10,048, and vehicle graphics printing

b) (For Information) Change Order 9 Spray & Play Park – Provide a durable
coating to the spray pad concrete surface. Net increase $8,533.00
c) (For Information) Change Order 10 Spray & Play Park – Credit for quantity
adjustment due to field conditions. Net decrease $1,990.00
d) (For Information) Change Order 11 Spray & Play Park – Add additional
concrete thickness around spray pad walk per Illinois Department of Public
Health Requirement. Change was requested after plans were issued for bidding
and construction. Net Increase $2,146.00
e) A Resolution to Create a Neighborhood Association Recognition Program and
Establish a Neighborhood Association Grant Program
