b) License to Conduct a Raffle for the Friends of the 1820 Colonel Benjamin
Stephenson House with proceeds going towards the support of the Stephenson
House crisis relief. Chances will be sold from September 01, 2020 – December
01, 2020; prize includes a 5 cu. ft. freezer.
