I. CALL TO ORDER – Chair Jennifer Wilkens called the meeting to order at
4:35 pm
II. ROLL CALL– present – Jennifer Wilkins, Tim Harr, Craig Louer
III. CITIZENS WISHING TO ADDRESS Edwardsville Façade Review Committee-
none
IV. FAÇADE REVIEW
a. 461-463 E. Vandalia
Krupp Florist is requesting $13,309.09 from the City of Edwardsville Commercial
Building Façade Program. The total project cost is $62,536.36.
The scope of work (façade eligible expenses) to be done on this project is:
1. Removal and replacement of windows and doors
2. Additional doors and windows
3. Awning
4. Siding and gutter system
5. Architectural fees
A Certificate of Appropriateness was reviewed at the June 2018 Historical Preservation
Commission meeting for the improvements listed above.
Craig Louer made a motion to approve, Jennifer Wilkins seconded the motion.
Approved unanimously
V. ADJOURNEMENT: Craig Louer made a motion to adjourn and seconded by
Tim Harr at 4:50 PM
