Edwardsville Façade Review Committee February 19, 2019 Meeting Minutes Date: Tuesday, February 19, 2019 Time: 6:40 pm Place: Gov. Edwards Conference Room, City Hall, 118 Hillsboro Avenue, Edwardsville, IL 62025 I. CALL TO ORDER Chairman Hal Patton, called the meeting to order at 6:40 pm. II. ROLL CALL (present) Present: Hal Patton, Craig Louer and Tom May absences: III. CITIZENS WISHING TO ADDRESS Façade Committee No public comment made IV. Façade Review Façade # 1: 228 N. Main Street. Developer: EGG Development, Project: Remove and replace aluminum storefront doors, Remove and replace steel door and frame at back bar, Remove existing signage, Remove existing thru wall equipment and exhaust fans, Infill masonry opening and tuck point damage areas, Clean masonry walls, Remove old Laurie’s awning and repaint plaster area, Remove and replace damage concrete topping slab sidewalk, Install new windows on parking lot side of building, Paint over murals on rear exterior of building, Repair and paint wood storefront mullions, Lead abatement. Motion to approve moved by Tom May and seconded by Craig Louer. Motion passed unanimously. V. OLD BUSINESS VI. NEW BUSINESS VII.
