I. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Hal Patton, called the meeting to order at 6:40 pm.
II. ROLL CALL (present)
Present: Hal Patton, Craig Louer and Tom May
Absences:
III. CITIZENS WISHING TO ADDRESS Façade Committee
No public comment made
IV. Façade Review:
1. Façade # 1: 126 N. Main Street. Developer: Chris Byron, Project Replacement of existing
awning in the front and back of the building. Motion to approve moved by Tom May and
seconded by Craig Louer. Motion passed unanimously.
