Edwardsville Façade Review Committee April 5, 2019 Meeting Minutes Date: Friday, April 5, 2019 Time: 11:30 am Place: Gov. Ford Conference Room, City Hall, 118 Hillsboro Avenue, Edwardsville, IL 62025 I. CALL TO ORDER Chairman Hal Patton, called the meeting to order at 11:30 am. II. ROLL CALL (present) Present: Hal Patton, Craig Louer and Tom May Absences: III. CITIZENS WISHING TO ADDRESS FAÇADE REVIEW No public comment IV. Façade Review 1. Façade # 1: 212 St. Louis Street. Developer: EGG Development, Project: Aluminum doors and windows on front elevation. Motion to approve moved by Tom May and seconded by Craig Louer. Motion passed unanimously. V. OLD BUSINESS VI.
