Edwardsville Façade Review Committee October 29, 2019 Meeting Minutes Date: Tuesday, October 29, 2019 Time: 4:20 pm Place: Gov. Ford Conference Room, City Hall, 118 Hillsboro Avenue, Edwardsville, IL 62025 I. CALL TO ORDER Chairman Hal Patton, called the meeting to order at 4:20 pm. II. ROLL CALL (present) Present: Hal Patton, SJ Morrison Absences: Tom May III. CITIZENS WISHING TO ADDRESS Façade Committee: No Public Comment made IV. Façade Review Façade # 1: 115 N Second Street. Developer: Old News LLC, Project: New doors, windows Motion to approve moved by SJ Morrison and seconded by Hal Patton. Motion passed unanimously. Façade # 2: 117 N Second Street. Developer: Old News LLC, Project: New doors, windows Motion to approve moved by SJ Morrison and seconded by Hal Patton. Motion passed unanimously. V. OLD BUSINESS VI. NEW BUSINESS VII.
