City of Edwardsville Finance Committee Minutes August 13, 2014 5:30 p.m. Present: Aldermen Tom Butts Chairman, Wil Krause, and Dennis W. McCracken, City Clerk. Also Present at Meeting: Jay Keeven, Director of Police, and Rich Hampton, City Treasurer. Quorum present, Chairman Butts called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. No Public Comments were made. Motion by Krause, seconded by Butts, to approve Finance Committee minutes from July 30, 2014. Motion Carried with Krause and Butts voting aye. Group Health Insurance Fund Report amount of $391,038.94 Old Business: None New Business: Claims in the amount of $526,066.69 (Regular) and $49,982.96 (Library) for a total of $576,049.65. Forwarded to Council for approval on August 26, 2014. Motion by Butts, seconded by Krause to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Edwardsville, IL and County of Madison, IL Computer-Aided Dispatch/Records Management System Expansion Project for the fiscal year in the amount of $26,250.00. Motion Carried with Krause and Butts voting aye. 2015 Property, General Liability, and Worker’s Compensation insurance renewal update was received for information and file.
