COA #2 Location: 102 A East Vandalia – Downtown Main Street Historic District Applicant: Clarence Albert Layton – tenant Project: The external brick wall which houses the sign post requires tuckpointing; due to irregular bore hole the ‘fix’ would not be aesthetically pleasing. I propose a 6” square metal plate for a cover, thus maintaining integrity. c. COA #3 Location: 307 N. Main Street – Downtown Main Street Historic District Applicant: Matthew Flach Project: Construction of a storage shed in the rear of the building by the parking lot. IV.
