I. CALL TO ORDER Jen called to order at 7:03

IV. COA DESIGN REVIEW
a. COA #1
Location: 1300 St. Louis Street
Owner: Ryan Peterson
Project: New garage
It was stated that there should be a two panel garage door and that the window and doors should have wide
trim. Joe made a motion to approve per the suggestions, Jeanne second.

Location: 724 St. Louis Street
Owner: Steven Calcott
Project: Deck and Driveway
The homeowner described the updates to the project. There was discussion that the homeowner needed to
research what the city would allow for his parking. Joe Hutton made a motion to split the deck from the
driveway, Jeanne second. Kurt also added that the deck and posts should match the second floor balcony
and made another motion. The first was withdrawn, Debbie second.

Project: New sign
It was stated that the sign followed new signage guidelines. Kurt made a motion to approve, Joe second.

Owner: Craig Bernadot
Project: New siding and gutters
It was decided that we still did not have enough information to vote on this COA until there is more discovery.

Location: 1119 St. Louis St.
Owner: Ted Gayford
Project: Metal roof over front porch
The homeowner described his project and presented the material that he wanted to use on the roof. There
was some discussion as to whether the material was period specific on the homeowner presented some
material to state that it was. He provided examples of other homes on St. Louis Street that has metal roofs.
Joe suggested that the metal to be a flat panel metal roof product with standing seams. He made a motion to
approve with this suggestion. Joe second.
